Hoy leo en Anait Games que yo, españolito de pro, no puedo disfrutar de la tv digital en mi Playstation 3 por culpa de la SGAE. Y como sólo hace falta que prohiban algo para que resulte más atractivo, vamos a tener que pillar este gadget en alguna tienda online, como play.com.
Todo esto precisamente el día después de que yo acabara de leer Cómo sobrevivir a la SGAE, de Arturo Quirantes, distribuído bajo licencia Creative Commons. Con lo cual, como os podéis imaginar, mi sensibilización al tema es absoluta. Fíjate que, según leí, la gente esta sale en los medios acojonando al personal con frases tipo la piratería es delito, y todo ese tipo de arengas. Pues sí, lo es, pero si existe ánimo de lucro en el acto del pirateo. Es decir, si yo tiro de mula y me bajo un disco o una peli para verlo en mi casita, delito NINGUNO, oiga. Otra cosa es que la moral de cada uno le dicte qué hacer en cada caso. Yo me bajo el disco de Depeche Mode el día que sale a la venta, pero como me molan 10k y quiero que sigan triunfando y haciendo música, me lo compro en cuanto puedo. Ni se me pasa por la cabeza gastarme el dinero en muchos otros. Han conseguido que, personalmente, todo lo que esté relacionado con la SGAE sea proclive al pirateo. Que para eso me cobran canon digital cada vez que compro un cd virgen o un grabador de dvd o un disco duro (!), para luego gastarlo en nuevas supersedes. Y luego, encima, se ríen en nuestra cara.
Claro, con el canguelo que han conseguido imbuirnos Bautista y sus compinches, imagino que habrá gente que le dé pavor tomar decisiones que vayan en contra de los intereses de aquellos. Pues bien, amigos, NO HAY NADA QUE TEMER. Las fronteras en Europa cada vez van a menos, y es el momento de aprovecharlo. Además, en el caso del trasto éste, nos va a salir más barato que si lo compráramos en España (se le suponía un pvp de 100 pavos).
